Majority Americans spend hours each day on their cellphone. from surfing the web to checking social media our cellphones have become a necessity. Now imagine that necessity constanyl buzzing. constantly telling you that you are not worth it and that you dont desrve to live. A never ending reminder with little room for escape. That is what it feels like to be cyberbullied. The constant harassment has driven millions of adolescents to their breaking point.
We want to make a change. No one should go through the torture of cyberbullying. That is the goal for ESUMS' film team
The Engineering Science University Magnet School was invited back to NYC! We will be participating in the 2016 AAHSFF AT&T Film Invitational! A select group of 8 very talented students will be going to NYC for a week this October to participate in a professional filming shoot directed and written by the students. Costs in NYC are extremely expensive and we are looking for donations to help ESUMS make their mark on NYC.
Your donation will help ESUMS students spread their passion for the arts by creating a short film sponsored by the Tyler Clementi Foundation focused on cyberbullying and risky online behavior. This is momumental for the ESUMS community with your help this team of 8 students can make an impact on the world.
Students;
Alexcina Figueroa, Sam Homes, Anna Khairi, Arianna McDaniels, Nylie Sauffian, and Justice Willoughby
