IMPORTANT UPDATE - 6/3/2021
Hey Live Him Family! I just wanted to post a really important update regarding this amazing community. First off, I want to say that God is doing miraculous things through this platform. I have been getting so many messages stating that these Bible Verses are helping people through mental health problems, spiritual issues and so much more. I honestly started these Bible Verses everyday to supplement my faith and to encourage others. However, through the work of God, this has been much more than that. This community has grown rapidly over the months, which is absolutely amazing - it just wasn't expected. With this being said, as the platform grows so do the costs. I want to reiterate that not a single donation has gone to me, everything that has been donated has gone directly to funding this platform. I have been happily donating 4-5 hours of my personal time everyday to provide these messages for everyone every day.
I have been considering shutting down this texting platform. Honestly, this is the last thing that I want to do - which is why I am making this important update. The costs right now are $900.00 a month which is quite an extensive bill. Unfortunately, my business or myself can not afford these costs alone per month. This is the reason for the GoFundMe. These donations have helped fuel the texting community for plenty of months (more than I ever expected). However, I don't want to constantly pester everyone for donations when this community should be free of advertisements and costs. I want to be clear, shutting down this platform is the last thing that I want to do. I will happily continue to work extremely hard to provide these texts for everyone if we can work through these costs together. We have over 11k members now, so lets work together through this as a community!
Now that I have spoken on the importance of these costs and the platform in general, I want to ask you:

Hey everyone! I wanted to share an update on the overall community and to reiterate a few things. First off, I want to remind you all that I am constantly praying for each and everyone of you. Recently, we have had a huge boost in growth. We are sitting at just under 10,000 members! With this being said, the price for the community will be going up from $600.00 a month to $900.00 a month. I also want to remind everyone that not a single cent will ever be paid towards me or Live Him LLC. Every single donation goes directly to funding the texting platform. I am working on a few things that will help supplement these costs (stay tuned)! I am beyond thankful to be able to send a daily Bible Verse to everyone. I can tell it has a huge impact on others and also myself. I truly believe that God is working through this platform and is touching so many people! I am very thankful for each and everyone of you.

As stated, we are getting close to 10k members. This means the platform cost will be increased from $600.00 a month to $900.00 a month. This will most likely be reflected within next months bill.
Our current balance is $868.43. Our next payment is at the end of the month for $600.00. If you would like a detailed report on the financials. I am making this Go Fund Me to fund the texting platform for the up incoming months. As I stated before, I will be completely transparent to ensure you know exactly where your donation is going. What is the Live Him Texting Community?
If you aren't familiar with our texting community, then allow me to explain. Everyday I send out a Verse for the Day. This typically is sent out between 6 am to 12 pm Mountain Standard time. Within this community, I am able to communicate on a more personal level also. If you have prayer requests, needing advice, or anything else - the texting community is a perfect place to be. I spend about 4-5 hours a day actively engaging with community members, preparing the Verse of the Day, reading messages and much more. We have nearly 6k members and we are still growing!
Detailed report from the last fundraiser:
On January 3rd, I started the first fundraiser for the Live Him texting community. Within this fundraiser, we raised $1307.00. Out of the $1307.00, $959.15 was sent to us after fees and expenses from Go Fund Me. Go Fund Me charges a 2.9% payment processing fee per donation and a $.30 fee per donation. For example: if a campaign raises $1,000.00 from 10 donations of $100.00 each, then Go Fund Me would collect about $32.00 total.
With this being said, out of the $959.15 we were able to fund two months for the texting platform. Since we had less than 5k members within these months, the platform fees were $300.00 per month. Therefore, we have $359.15 left from the fundraiser. Our community just surpassed 5k members, so we are expecting to pay $600.00 per month. This means we are expecting to pay $7,200.00 per year. Whereas when we first started, we were paying $3,600.00 per year.
The fees are quite expensive; however, other texting platforms won't hold this large amount of members. Also, it will be extremely hard to move over 5k members to another texting platform. So as of right now, I plan on keeping everything housed under the same platform that we currently are in.
To summarize this, the platform fees are based upon our community member totals. Since we have over 5k members, we are expecting to pay $600.00 a month or $7,200.00 a year. We were paying $300.00 a month or $3,600.00 a year, but our community has been growing fast (Praise God for this!!!). When we surpass 10k members our fees will increase, but this price is currently unknown. $359.15 from the previous fundraiser will be carried over for the up incoming fees.
Where will the donations be allocated towards?

I am so beyond happy that I get to help others grow closer to God in simple ways such as the Verse of the Day. It is absolutely amazing to watch everyone grow closer to God and in fact, it has helped me grow closer to God myself. I put so much time and effort into this community because of all the amazing things that are coming from it. This community has done and is doing amazing things and I am really excited to see where God is taking us all.
