In mid December Helen was diagnosed with cancer in her liver. Within a month she was no longer able to work. Her chemotherapy treatments started in late January, once the origin of the cancer was identified. Her doctor tells us the treatments will be ongoing for months and most likely years. Our insurance covers a lot of the cost for her therapy and doctor visits. There will be more expenses as she continues to fight for life. We have reduced our costs to the essentials, food and medical. Medical bills are going to be continuous, Many are being set up on payment plans, long term. Any additional income we receive will be put aside for medical expenses. We are hoping for many years ahead to enjoy, with the help of doctors and science. Helen is determined to live longer, to enjoy her gardens and pets, and family, every day. With all your help, in any amount, we will focus on her quality of life, and celebrating each day. Thank You.
