Help Lucas with his "Bucket List"

My name is Lucas Light, I was born on March 9, 1999. Like my brother, Keaton, I was born with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Since the age of 3 I have been slowly losing muscle strength. At the age of 10 I started using a wheelchair during school and when I went places. About 4 years ago, when I was 12, I started using my wheelchair full time. I use my wheelchair for everything like going for walks with my family, going to school, and watching by brother Andrew play basketball.
I live with my mom, step-dad, and 3 brothers. I enjoy watching sports, and my favorite teams are the Bears, Bulls, Blackhawks, and Cubs. I play all kinds of video games, but my favorite games are sports games. My 3 brothers and I all like to play together and it gets very competitive when we play them. As a family we like to watch movies and go to the mall. We usually like to take a yearly trip to The Mall of America, hopefully I can go this year.
That brings me to the reason for my "Bucket List". A few months ago I started feeling sick, and started losing my appetite. Eight weeks ago I went to the emergency room thinking that I was dehydrated from the flu. That week my life changed forever! After a couple of days in the hospital they weren't able to figure out what was wrong with me. They decided to transfer me to the American Family Childrens Hospital (AFCH) at the UW Hospital in Madison. As they were transfering me they started to figure out what was wrong with me, my heart was failing.
Once I was transferred to AFCH I had a great team of Doctors! I was up there for almost six weeks, during that time I had alot of tests done, and the team of Doctors worked very hard to figure out what could be done. The Muscular Dystrophy makes my condition even worse. With the combination of my DMD and my Heart Failure, they told me there was nothing that could be done for me. I was sent home on IV Heart Medicine and IV nutrients since I'm not able to eat anything (another side effect of the heart failure),
As a 16 year old it is very hard to hear that you are going to die, even though I have known that I will die earlier than most because of my DMD.
I'm not sure how long I have but I plan on making the most out of the time I have left. There are a lot of things that I would like to do before I die but I need your help.
Here is my "Bucket List":
1. I would like to go to Hawaii, see the volcanos
2. Meet the Chicago Bulls
3. Travel to California in an RV, stop at Yellowstone, Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon
4. I would like to remodel mine and my brother Keaton's room, join them together so we can spend as much time together as possible.
5. And most importantly, I WANT A PET MONKEY!! :)
