*Update 5/9/2022*
Hello everyone, I just wanted to start off by thanking each and everyone of you for the outgoing love and support that you have shown myself and family these last few months. Truly a blessing and I can not begin to express how thankful that I am for all the donations, prayers, words of kindness and love that I have received. I do apologize if I have not reached out to personally thank you enough for everything and I promise you when God sees me through this I will. As of this Wednesday I will be officially on the National Transplant List and my doctors and team believe that with my blood type and current health conditions that I will receive a new liver sooner than later. I have done everything in my power to pass all the tests and steps to achieve this goal. God is good! Unfortunately, the last month have not been so easy. I currently have lost a lot of weight; I have a fracture in my back and they believe that I may have a slipped disk as well. I currently am only able to get around with a cane and in lots of pain. I also found out today that I have stones in my Gob-Bladder which is causing a great deal of pain as well. With the strength of faith and all the love from each and everyone of you as well as my family I am doing everything in my power to push through, gain weight and get healthy and strong enough for when the surgery comes. I still have a very long road ahead of me between waiting for the liver, the surgery and the recovery which can be 3-6 months. There is also a long road ahead financially. As I have said before I would never ask anything from anyone but any help financially, prayers and blessings is greatly appreciated by anyone who can or would like to. I know no matter what God has a plan and will help me get through all the health, financial and healing that is ahead of me. Lastly, I just want to thank everyone again and look forward to the day when I am healthy and finished this journey and can spend time with and thank each and everyone of you. I also would like to say I hope everything is going well for each and everyone of you and your families and friends and I pray for you all every day. God Bless, Shane

Hello, my name is Shane Tuer.
I am 33 years old, oldest of five children whom they all look up to and that I absolutely adore and love with all my heart. I have a great family and friends. I am a Quality Engineer at an Aerospace Machine Shop, love being, challenged and helping others in life in any way I can. For those of you who know me and those that do not, creating this page is the last thing that I ever wanted to do. Unfortunately, at this point my options are running out. I have been diagnosed with Liver failure and beyond 6 months from now it is very possible that I will no longer be here. I am currently and have been in the hospital receiving treatments, tests and doing everything possible to treat the disease . I am enrolled in many classes and programs to help get on the transplant list ASAP but as some of you know that is easier said than done. I have not been able to work in about a month and the near future does not see any timetable soon that I will be able to. I am down on funds as far as I can be with no income coming in plus the medical bills. For I do not like to ask for help but at this point my loving and supportive family and I, have all but drained all funds. I would never ask anyone for a dollar that they could not spare, but if so, any help would be graciously appreciated, helpful and a true blessing from God. Just keeping the lights on at home and bills paid and I can feed and take care of my two cats and dogs. As I said any help would be a blessing, if you know anyone that would like to please spread the word and it would mean the world to myself and family. I believe I still have so much good to offer the world and help change peoples lives and do what I am the best at, make people smile and do at least one thing to make their day. Thank you for even taking the time to read this, I deeply appreciate it and God Bless each and everyone of you. Be safe and always hold the ones that you love and care about the most, because as I have found out tomorrow is not promised and everyday is a blessing. Thank you.
