Liver transplant for Ryan (TEAM RYAN)

Donation protected

UPDATED: July 28, 2024

Hi, I’m Tina and I’m fundraising for my son Ryan who his in need a liver transplant. I’m a single raising two amazing children. Ryan has been hospitalized for a week now and will be in hospital for another week at least as his bile ducts have shut done in his gallbladder and now bile is leaking into his body. His liver is stage 4 failure now. He is being screened for transplant at this time and under going many tests and procedures at HCA Largo Hospital in Largo FL where his transplant team is now. Ryan was diagnosed with a rare liver disease called PSC (Primary sclerosing cholangitis) which is cirrhosis of the liver. He is high functioning autistic. PSC is not known how one gets it but is seen in more patients that have chrons which he was diagnosed at 9 with.

Ryan has one of the most biggest of hearts one has ever seen. He is always smiling no matter what is thrown at him. Everyone he cross paths with loves his humor and always says how much of a joy he his when he’s around. He always makes you laugh. He is a HUGE WWE fan and can tell you everything about it specially dates, matches and who won! Not a day goes by he won’t tell anybody he sees about wrestling. He also enjoys playing video games during his free time from school.

Ryan doesn’t let his autism take over his life. As he says “ I may have autism but autism doesn’t have me”

Any amount will help tremendously for any medical costs not covered under insurance and for medication he will be depending on for the rest of his life. We thank you from bottom of our hearts for those who have and will donate to his cause.
