Liverpool venues to have Bleed Control Kits
**UPDATE**
We just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who donated to the fundraiser and helped share the post, as we’ve all managed to raise £1250 in memory of Matthew Daulby. With the money raised so far, we will be able to get 3 Wall Mounted Bleed Control Cabinets, dedicated to Mathew Daulby, which will be placed in the music venues 24 Kitchen Street, Metrocola and another venue yet to be decided.
We’ve been in contact with the Daulby family throughout this fundraiser and they’re currently working hard behind the scenes to create their own foundation in memory of Matthew. Once it’s up and running, we will be more than happy to cooperate and assist them in any way we can. In the meantime, the Daulby family have asked us to keep up the momentum for the fundraising on behalf of the Daniel Baird Foundation, who will be supplying us with these lifesaving kits.
So for now, we will continue taking donations under the memory of all that have suffered at the hands of knife crime in Liverpool and try to raise enough money to put the Bleed Control Cabinets in every corner of the city centre, aiming to reduce the likelihood of losing another life due to knife crime in the city of Liverpool.
