Liverpool Wolfe Tones GAA Posts

Liverpool Wolfe Tones are the only GAA club in the north of England to offer all 4 disciplines of Gaelic Games. Since our inception in 2010, we have strived to promote Gaelic Games in Liverpool and offer a unique inclusive environment for all.
We are exceptionally proud of all we have achieved in our very short history and the progress we have made in promoting the Irish culture in Liverpool.
This winter, we have been devastated by the impact of the extreme weather conditions. Storm Ciara has had an extremely adverse effect on our club. We found both sets of our GAA posts fallen and destroyed.
Like all GAA clubs, we are an amateur organisation. We rely on the good will and voluntary hard work of our members and supporters.
Now, in what should be a year of celebration on our 10 year anniversary, we face an impossible task of replacing our posts. Initial costing is estimated at about £5000.
This could not possibly come at a worse time. In the year we should be reflecting on our achievements and celebrating our history we are instead fighting for survival.
We humbly welcome any support that we can receive. Any donation, regardless of how great or small, would be greatly appreciated.
Gaelic Games should be available to all, we ask that you help us continue to promote our culture outside of Ireland and continue to provide a club that has always been for all.
