living on our own start up

I and my partner are disabled. I live at home in less than ideal conditions and am seeking help getting out. We are trying to raise money for essential start up items such as kitchen supplies, end tables, a couch, vacuum, cleaning supplies and lights. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!!
