Liz Bland Road to Recovery

Liz Bland is a beloved friend, daughter, dog mom, advocate, and cyclist. An avid adventurer, she made her way to Colorado in December 2021 and has already made an impression on the cycling community here and in her former home in Miami. Her favorite food is rainbow sprinkles.

On a ride on September 24, she crashed at the bottom of Lee Hill in Boulder when a car failed to yield. She braked and went over the bars, with her head taking a lot of the impact. She has been receiving care for head trauma at Boulder Community Health and has family by her side. Liz is in stable condition, but the road to recovery will be long, and we are looking to help raise funds to offset medical costs, support her family, and alleviate the burdens while she is indefinitely unable to work.
