It's not a plea for life-saving medical care or to rescue a thousand stranded meercats, but it is my project to help me pay my rent whilst bringing fantastic coffee to an event near you. In effect life-saving, because my life-savings have gone into it, and it will save my life by enabling me to pay to live.
It is asking you to pledge the price of a coffee, (or two) which, if and when the Little Norton Coffee co begins trading, you are encouraged to reclaim your pledge in the form of a delicious coffee/tea/chocolate/huge hug from me, or my glamorous assistant Dexter. Although I haven't asked him about that bit yet. I'll get back to you on that.
I have bought an old and unloved VW T2 Campervan, and it has spent the last year in a garage being converted into a much loved Coffeevan. I have bought a coffee machine and grinder, and kindly been loaned the money for my fridge and beautiful copper worktop from mystery sponsors who will go unnamed unless they choose to reveal their identity.
I now need the funds to get it finished, and myself insured, registered and set up, including all the stock ready to start trading.
I will love you forever for your support, and promise to like all your facebook posts and sign any petition you send me. I can't promise to forward the round robin rubbish that threatens me with a plague of syphilitic harpies if I don't, because, well, they are rubbish.
