Lizzie's life changing surgery in Germany

I don't even know where to start, my name is lizzie I'm 23 from Cheltenham, if your local you may know me as the bouncer in town the one that keeps you safe when you guys are all getting drunk.
Just over a year ago I began getting debilitating migraines, that's excruciating pain in my head, neck, ear, eye, jaw and teeth. The pain was so bad that I would vomit continously for days on end, I was unable to hold down even water. I would get so dehydrated during this time and the pain was so bad I would black out and convulse. This was around 22 days out of 30. This lead to more injuries depending on where I landed. There was no warning for these, I was at work, at home, out and about and be hit like a train.
I had no end of hospital visits 2 or 3 times a month, brain scans, lumbar punctures endless amounts of morphine and fluids.
I had a beautiful home, car, relationship and job. I had everything in life I could have dreamed off and over what felt like days I lost it all and had to move back in with my parents and be cared for by them.
The NHS have done what they can I have tried so many different medications but with sometimes terrible side effects and in all honesty none of them worked. With covid I have been waiting months for even a phone call and the next medication option for me has massive implications on me ever being able to have children.
2 months ago I lost all hope, the continuous pain and everything I had lost caused me to attempt to take my own life. I overdosed on the morphine I was prescribed to try and tackle my pain despite causing digestion problems and stomach ulcers. I came through and my parents decided to take me to a private doctor.
It turns out that the muscles in my head, neck and forehead were contracting far too much and continously squeezing all the nerves in those areas. The operation I need releases the muscles from the nerves and means that I will no longer live my life in pain both physically and emotionally.
The NHS do not offer this operation as it is too expensive, the surgery will have to take place privately in Germany.
The surgery will give me my life back, be able to go back to work in public service, regain my independence and live a full life.
The surgery costs £8560 plus the flights and hotel cost etc.
I do not expect all of it but I really need help.
