Lizzy's End of Life Journey

Update: On July 8th, Elizabeth passed away peacefully at home with some of her family. We will be having a celebration of life on August 18th, 2023 at the Keene State Camp. Unfortunately, Elizabeth is losing her battle with cancer after a courageous fight for about 10 years. She is at home and is comfortable. She has been given a prognosis of a few days to a week.

Her health has declined drastically in the last month. Two weeks ago we were at an artisan fair selling her beautiful art. She was given so many compliments on her scarves and other things that she has made. I think that was the last thing she that she was able to feel proud and accomplished.

These funds will assist in making Lizzy’s end of life as comfortable as possible. This will lessen the burden of finances related to her illness, cremation, and end-of-life celebration.

She is a gardener, musician, crazy cat lady, neighbor, mother, friend, sister, and daughter. She is kind, thoughtful, stubborn, strong-willed, empathetic, and soft-hearted.
