Galo Rafael Guaman was his name known as Don Rafael. A man who has been in this country for many years working to help his family who lives in Ecuador. Unfortunately yesterday Tuesday November 8, 2022 he was run over while leaving work in new Milford ct. minutes later it was confirmed that he died in the accident.
