Sports Doc's Medical Relief Fund
Donation protected
He has been there at all of the sporting events for our community. From the little league baseball and sofball to Brenham High school athletics and Blinn College sports. You have heard him announcing play by play as the young people of our community have grown up.
The Doc suffered a stroke in December 2014 and has been unable to get back to work. He has medical bills piling up. A large part of his income is the very "play by play" announcing that we all have grown to know and love. He is on the road to recovery and while he is hoping to be back in time for baseball season he is still left with a stack of medical bills and the expenses of rehabilitation and medication are on going. What better way to let him know how much we appreciate all that he has done for our community than to come together and lend him a hand to ease the burden while he works to get back to doing what he loves, which is being out there giving the play by play at whatever sport is in season. We have set a goal to help him cover the expenses of these first 12 months. It would be GREAT to exceed that goal and relieve some of the ongoing expenses he will have in order to treat his illnesses.
Thanks and GO CUBS and GO BUCS!
