Being in the restaurant industry for 10 plus years at Disney World, Universal and many other major restaurants has taught me that there aren't enough restaurants with delicious food, exceptional service and an accepting environment. You may find one or two of those but rarely all.
My friends and I have sought out to start a company in which all three are present. Loading... Gastrobrunch is about always staying up to date with the most modern trends in food and service to provide an experience you couldn't get anywhere else but behind the fancy decorations are families that have put all they have (money, sweat, blood & tears) into starting a business that will provide their children with the best opportunities in life while giving the community a much needed revival.
We are starting in St. Cloud but hope to venture to other locations in the near future. But first we are looking for a little help to pull off the grand opening. The building location was not touched since the early 1920's and required much more love and funding than we initially intended and sadly we have reached an impass where we have enough funds to finish the final touches but not enough for a first food and beverage order. We'd hate to delay opening any further as we have 3 families counting on the income and entire city counting on us.
The support would mean the whole world to us and our families. Every little but helps and we plan to give back to the community ten fold.
