Bellevue resident kidnapped and left for dead

Hi, my name is Katia Inca Cisneros and I am fundraising for my brother Fredy Inca Cisneros.

Fredy Inca Cisneros arrived in the United States of America on June 1, 2007. Fredy came to the United States for a better life where can achieve more stuff. Fredy was also a soccer coach for The Lions academy for 10 years. Since he has a huge passion for soccer, he also played COED soccer. Fredy is a generous and an amazing guy. Many people know him through soccer, jobs and mostly the Peruvian community knows him. Through the years he has been working as a carpenter and a construction worker where he got a lot of experience to start his own company.

Fredy has two kids, Guillermo who is 20 years old and Arlet is 8 years old. Fredy and his wife Kari Mendez have started a family Peruvian Store in Bellevue about 6 months ago where they sell a lot of Peruvian and South American products.

Fredy and his son Guillermo went to visit family in Peru for 2 weeks. On the last week of his trip on Monday he went to visit his mothers grave. After visiting his mothers grave he went to the city of Huancayo to say bye and share is gratitude's and thanks to his sister Rocio. Later in the day he went shopping for his store in Bellevue. Getting out of the store he was on the phone and these two people came out of nowhere and jumped him and kidnapped him and took him to a taxi. Inside the taxi those two people assaulted him where they took off his clothes and shoes and his personal items including his phone, credit card, ID and money. Getting off the taxi Fredy was unconscious and those two people threw him off a ravine which was 7 meters down. His sister Rocio and his son Guilllermo were waiting for him to get home. The police found Fredy all bloody and seriously injured, almost dead. The police took Fredy to the hospital and didn't know who he was, until his sister Rocio was looking everywhere and she went to the hospital and asked if they'd seen him. There was one patient with no name and that patient was Fredy. That's how his sisters and wife found out what happened to him and his injuries. His injuries are very critical, his critical injuries are that his spinal cord is broken, 3 ribs that are broken and one lung collapsed. Fredy's sister Katia and wife Kari want to bring him back to the USA because he needs surgeries that are very advanced and the hospitals in Peru haven't done any surgery for his injuries. To bring Fredy back to the USA it would have to be through an airline ambulance which costs $120,000 . We are hoping to bring him back as soon as possible.

Fredy Inca Cisneros llegó a los Estados Unidos de América el 1 de junio de 2007. Fredy vino a los Estados Unidos en busca de una vida mejor donde pudiera lograr más cosas. Fredy también fue entrenador de fútbol de la academia The Lions durante 10 años. Como tiene una gran pasión por el fútbol, ​​también jugó fútbol COED. Fredy es un tipo generoso y sorprendente. Fredy y su hijo Guillermo fueron a visitar a una familia a Perú por 2 semanas. El lunes de la última semana de su viaje fue a visitar la tumba de su madre. Luego de visitar la tumba de su madre se dirigió a la ciudad de Huancayo para despedirse y compartir agradecimientos y agradecimientos hacia su hermana Rocío. Más tarde ese mismo día fue de compras a su tienda en Bellevue. Al salir de la tienda estaba hablando por teléfono y estas dos personas salieron de la nada, se abalanzaron sobre él, lo secuestraron y lo llevaron a un taxi. Dentro del taxi esas dos personas lo asaltaron donde le quitaron la ropa, los zapatos y sus objetos personales, incluido su teléfono, tarjeta de crédito, identificación y dinero. Al bajar del taxi Fredy estaba inconsciente y esas dos personas lo arrojaron por un barranco que estaba a 7 metros de profundidad. Su hermana Rocío y su hijo Guilllermo lo esperaban para llegar a casa. La policía encontró a Fredy todo ensangrentado y gravemente herido, casi muerto. La policía llevó a Fredy al hospital y no sabían quién era, hasta que su hermana Rocío estaba buscando por todos lados y fue al hospital y preguntó si lo habían visto. Había un paciente sin nombre y ese paciente era Fredy. Así fue como sus hermanas y su esposa se enteraron de lo sucedido con él y sus heridas. Sus heridas son muy críticas, sus heridas críticas son que tiene la médula espinal rota, 3 costillas rotas y un pulmón colapsado. La hermana de Fredy, Katia, y su esposa Kari quieren traerlo de regreso a Estados Unidos porque necesita cirugías que están muy avanzadas y los hospitales del Perú no han realizado ninguna cirugía para sus lesiones. Para traer a Fredy de regreso a los EE. UU., tendría que ser a través de una ambulancia aérea que cuesta 120.000 dólares. Esperamos traerlo de regreso lo antes posible.
