Local family affected by electric blanket fire

Our dear friend Melanie, a single mum and daughter Taiya age 14, they have suffered an unimaginable loss. A fire, started by an electric blanket, completely destroyed their home, leaving them with nothing. Thankfully, both Mel and her Taiya are safe, but they have lost everything – their belongings, memories, and sense of security.

Melanie is the kind of person who’s always there for others, and now she needs our help. We’re raising funds to support them during this heartbreaking time, helping them get back on their feet and rebuild their lives.
