Local Restaurant Honkers Pub Needs Our Help

Honkers Pub and Vicky Vanden Hoek have had an exceptionally difficult 2020.  Like many restaurants, this year has been a struggle to stay open.  With reduced business, venue cancellations, employee layoffs- bills still need to be paid.  On top of all of these struggles, someone drove through their front window last night.  The theft and damages well surpass $20000.  Now a struggling business owner must look after additional losses due to shut downs, while her business is repaired.  As well, all of the costs associated with deductibles, lost income, while the bills continue.  Vicky is one of our local areas biggest supporters. Fundraisers, donations, supporting small businesses - Vicky is  always there.  Let’s be there to support Vicky as best we can until her doors are once again opened.
