LOCKED Alegria Community campaign for COVID19
Tax deductible
We've been a little quiet since our last event, it hit us very hard to have to postpone that outstanding lineup.
Nevertheless, we have been working on a new project called LOCKED, a series of eight livestreams aimed to raise funds for the Covid-19 fight by helping small businesses & families that are suffering the most during these times.
We decided to collaborate & help United Way of Miami-Dade.org and the Miami Herald/el Nuevo Herald on their latest project Activated Operation Helping Hands, an emergency response initiative to help our miami neighbors during a time of crisis.
A collaborative of funders and corporate partners have joined efforts to establish the Miami Pandemic Response Fund.
The fund supports struggling families with emergency needs including rent/mortgage assistance, food, and medication, as well as issue micro-grants to small businesses
Our initial goal was to raise $2,000 and we surpassed that in just 4 days. Now, were at $5,000 and continue to raise funds for our new goal of $10,000.
This is a very creative & unique project where our sole goal is to raise awareness & create a conscious mind of how the city has been impacted because of the global pandemic. A view from the sky with unreal drone shots of different areas of Miami designated each to a certain local artist. 8 chapters that will serve as an archive in Miami's history of how the city looked when impacted by the virus.
Episode 1: Locked at Key Biscayne with Odd Ones Out
Episode 2: Locked at Brickell with Dotti
Episode 3: Locked at Coconut Grove with Harry HM
Episode 4: Locked at Venetian Islands with Kenia
Episode 5: Locked at Wynwood with Twyn
Episode 6: Locked at Wynwood Warehouse with Electric Kif
Episode 7: Locked at N Bay Village with Brother Dan
Episode 8: TBA
