Logan & Addison Smith Funeral Plot

As most of you know we lost both of our children, Logan and Addison, on the evening of June 1st in a tragic car accident. Our family, friends, and community rallied behind us and together, raised over $24,000 to help us with their memorial. Everything leading up to their funeral service on June 15th totaled $17,000. We still have to pay for their double plot at the cemetery and a memorial bench to mark where they rest together. We’ve been told the cost is $80,000. That’s $97,000 total to say goodbye to our babies. We have put down $20,000 to hold their plot but we can not lay them to rest until we pay the remainder. No one expects to bury their child, let alone two. No one expects to have their whole world shattered in a matter of seconds. No one expects this kind of expense or the rollercoaster of emotions it brings. It is with great sadness and humility that we ask for your help. We have no other option and no one to turn to. I can’t leave my babies in a box for an unknown period of time while we make payments on their plot. I just can’t. They didn’t deserve what happened to them and they don’t deserve that.
