Help Logan’s autism journey & Rainbow club charity

Hi our names are Natalie and Brian and our little boy is Logan .

We set this up to help Logan get his ASD diagnosis,private speech Therepy and occupational therapy and any other assistance he may need in his journey.

at 18 months old we realised Logan was losing his words , eye contact stoped and he started stimming .we followed our gut and asked for him to be tested for ASD .HSE Public testing has a 30 month wait list and so Logan will have to start in a main stream school even tho he will need Aims as he won’t have his diagnosis by then . He is non verbal so he has gotten two public speech therapy sessions but has now gone back on the HSE waitlist and will need to wait another 4 months before they see him again , he is still on the OT wait list for now with no start time .

we need to go private to give Logan the best chance possible,he will be 3 in Feb and starting preschool ,

private ASD testing is available but cost between €1600-€2220 .

also we can go private with speech and OT Therepy but again can be quite costly as he would need weekly /bi weekly sessions .

we are dedicated to doing whatever is needed to help Logan thrive and have the same opportunities as our other children.

he is a happy ,sweet boy who loves animals and the outdoors . He communicates through hand leading and loves cuddles and with the help of Therepy he will be capable of a lot more .

our aim is to put any money raised towards his care and get his ASD diagnosis and therapy so he has all he needs to succeed in life . We also want to donate a portion of the funds to rainbow club cork charity to help other family’s with their journey.

We have decided to set ourselves fitness challenges to help raise money over the next few months

I have entered blarney Half marathon  (21km) 02/03/2025 the  cork city Full marathon (42km) 01/06/2025 , run Skibb half marathon (21km) 13/07/2025,
