The Stolen Studio Fund
Donation protected
On the night of Monday, April 13th the house that I live in and keep a working studio at in Hamtramck, MI was broken into through a back window and robbed. Among a few other possesions, the majority of my studio setup was stolen including my MacBook Pro, XPC computer tower, project hard drive, microphone and mic stand, pair of KRK Rokit 6" studio monitors, 2 pairs of sony studio headphones, audio interface, 8 channel mixer, and all the files being stored or used for current projects of my own as well as that of all the other artists that I record and produce for. Music production and audio engineering has been my livlihood and main source of income for over five years now so without the necessary equipment, I am unable to keep my business operating. I work closely with many artists from the Detroit music scene whose projects and recording schedules are now on standby until I can rebuild my studio. Although the files that were lost in the robbery will never be replaced, I am looking for some assistane from my local community and beyond to help replace some of the stolen gear and get back up and running. I have already been truly overwhelmed by everyone's support and positivity during this time and look forward to seeing the results of this rebuilding process. Any and all help is appreciated more than can be expressed with words. T.Hanks in advance.
