LOLA - help with medical bills

Hi everyone!

Tesa's Rescue is raising funds for Lola, a sweet Bulldog, who was recently adopted by a kind person after her previous owner could no longer care for her. Sadly, not long after her adoption, Lola developed a serious ear infection. Despite rounds of antibiotics, ear washes and painkillers - all responsibly paid for by her new owner using her savings - the infection persisted.

The vet concluded that the only solution to stop the infection from recurring or spreading further was a complex surgery to remove Lola’s ear canal. The procedure came with an urgent price tag of £1,855. Unfortunately, Lola’s retired owner couldn’t get together such a large amount at such short notice.

Talk about team work! Her son generously donated £900. We covered the remaining £955 with a loan offered by one of our amazing supporters. Her owner was overwhelmed with joy and relief. Lola’s urgent surgery took place just two days later and she is already feeling fantastic! ❤️

Now - we’ve started this fundraiser in the hope of raising the funds to repay the loan that made this life-changing surgery possible.
