Help Oak Knoll Montessori After the Eaton Fire

The past few days have been deeply challenging for the Oak Knoll Montessori School community. Our hearts go out to everyone affected by the devastating Eaton Fire, as well as all of the other fires impacting and causing so much heartbreak throughout Los Angeles. Please know that we are holding you in our thoughts, sending love, and standing with you in solidarity during this incredibly difficult time.

The fire has left its mark on our school. Our beloved Loma Alta upper campus in Altadena, housing our primary through adolescent students, is gone. The loss is beyond heartbreaking - our cherished space, where so many memories were made and milestones achieved is reduced to ashes. Yet, amidst this loss, we remain steadfast in our commitment to rebuild—not just structures but also the spirit of our community.

We are raising funds for the classrooms and offices that were destroyed at our Loma Alta Campus - the tools that help us fulfill our school's mission of nurturing independence, curiosity, and a love of learning in our children.

Serving the Altadena, Pasadena, and surrounding areas for over 25 years, Oak Knoll Montessori has been a cornerstone for growth and connection. As LA's only AMI-recognized Montessori school for ages 18 months to 8th grade, our tight-knit community is one of our greatest strengths —one that will guide us through this hardship.
