I have created this fundraiser for centralised funding aiding grassroots Black activism that fights for Black liberation within the United Kingdom. What our Black brothers and sisters face and fight in America is what we also face and fight here in the U.K. 

Before admonishing other countries like America for their racism and praising the U.K, remember who created those countries and institutions. Those same institutions exist here and are harming and killing Black Brits.

Institutional and systemic racism is rife within the United Kingdom; from police brutality, medical injustices, the unbalanced educational system and curriculum and to the racial hate crimes that ultimately leads to Black lives dying. This is just the tip of the iceberg of a very long and insidious regime.

By donating, you’ll be helping fund the activists who are creating change in the streets, and towards organisations and communities who are dedicated to take down systemic racism.
