Lorena Alvarez fire

My name is Lorena Alvarez, on January 8th, my family’s life was changed forever. Our daughter Evalyn awoke us to check our fireplace, she knew something was wrong. The fireplace burst and ignited near the ceiling and roof. This set off a blaze throughout the attic and inner walls. None of our fire alarms went off, we were very blessed that our daughter’s intuition gave us time to gather our family and call first responders. Thankfully everyone is safe, but our home is unlivable. We left our home with our kids backpacks and what we were able to carry out from that cold windy night. These last few weeks have been a challenge for my family, we merely have our bare essentials and are trying to get settled for the time being. Unfortunately this is slow process, we are having to pay a lot of unexpected expenses out of pocket, in addition to all the unexpected bills. Thankfully, my sister Tatiana Cano has been kind to open her doors to my family of 6. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I appreciate the help.
Thank you,
The Alvarez Family
