Hello all,

Not a lot of people know this yet. Sometimes the unexpected happens and as much as we all sit and wonder why, this is something that Lorena has learned to process to the best of her ability. Shortly after Christmas, Lorena was diagnosed with breast cancer.

Lory has four beautiful girls and the most supportive husband. Together they will be traveling to appointments so she can begin treatment. She is a lifetime Toppenish resident and started working at Dad’s Family Restaurant when she was 16.In 2006, she received her GED. Lorena has been our manager for many many years and is someone we know we can count on when anything is needed.

We ask that you keep Lory in your thoughts and prayers and help us fight this fight with her. Lory is the one who will always be there for someone when they are in need. With this comes a financial burden. Lory will be starting Chemo on Monday, 02/13/23. If you are able to help in any way, please let us know. Any help is greatly appreciated. Right now, we want her to be able to focus on her health, her family, and not worry about anything financially. We want to take care of her, just as she would do for others. We want to fight this fight with Lory and let her know how loved she is. Lory, you are not alone. We will be with you every step of the way.
