In loving memory of Lorena Silvas, a resilient soul who battled lyomyosarcoma with unwavering strength, we come together to support her family in their time of need. Lorena was not just a fighter against cancer; she was a devoted mother, a cherished friend, and a pillar of strength for those around her.

Her journey was marked by courage, determination, and a smile that could light up even the darkest moments. Lorena touched the lives of many, leaving an indelible mark of love and resilience. Despite the challenges of her illness, she remained a source of inspiration to everyone privileged to know her.

Unfortunately, our dear friend Karinna Silvas is facing a very difficult holiday season. She just lost her mother, Lorena, after a three-year battle with Lyomyosarcoma, a rare and aggressive cancer.

Despite countless hospital visits for chemotherapy, radiation, surgeries, and experimental trials, Lorena was not able to win her fight against cancer. Her family did everything they could to care for her increasingly fragile medical condition. They spent the last several years balancing doctors' appointments, administering complicated medications, and following detailed doctor recommendations with everything else daily life demands of us.

As Lorena's illness progressed, the medical expenses continued to grow. Her husband worked overtime to try to keep up. Her two daughters took breaks from school and work to care for the household and their weakened mother. But it wasn't enough.

Now, after years of watching Lorena fight cancer, her family must face the emotional and financial hardship of planning a funeral to honor this strong, beautiful woman.
