On Sunday morning, December 11th, 2022, my grandma Loretta Ayala Sanchez passed away. Those of you who knew my grandma knew that she was one of the strongest women, had the kindest soul, spoke her mind, and was never afraid to be herself. She opened her heart to whoever came into her life and was always willing to lend a helping hand. She'd open her home to friends, family, and so many pets. She was always there for her only daughter, my mother, Carmen Elizabeth Alvarez, and myself, April Paige Alvarez. We are a very small (immediate) family and her sudden passing has hit us very hard, especially with Holidays right around the corner, we did not anticipate finishing the year without her. She passed in the comfort of her own home with myself and my mom with her, doing what we could do to save her life, but unfortunately, it was her time and she passed from natural causes. I've created this GoFundMe page to raise funding to support the costs of her viewing and funeral services. Our total cost comes out to about Fourteen Thousand. This can be a lot of money for anyone, our goal is to simply raise whatever we can to put towards her services, we are not expecting to raise the exact amount, but we are grateful to all of you for anything you're able to help us with. Myself, my Family, and Grandma thank you from the bottom of our hearts and wish you Happy Holidays. Cherish your loved ones, kiss them, hug them, and tell them you love them any chance you get. Life is unexpected, not guaranteed, and too short to not share your love with all your loved ones.
Yours Truly,
April Alvarez
