Urgent Appeal - Help Us Bring Hope and Healing to Edo State, Nigeria

Today, I write to you with an urgent appeal from Loretta Health Initiative. A non-profit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of individuals and families in Edo State, Nigeria.

Edo State is a place of immense beauty and rich cultural heritage. However, behind the smiles and vibrant colours, there lies a community in desperate need of our help. Limited access to quality healthcare, inadequate resources, and the devastating impact of poverty have left many people of Edo State facing unimaginable challenges, especially with regard to basic healthcare needs.

We are reaching out to you today because we believe that together, we can bring hope and healing to Edo State citizens in need.

Your compassionate support can help us provide essential medical care, improve healthcare infrastructure, and deliver much-needed resources to those who need them the most. Here are a few stories that illustrate the impact of your donation:

1. Isimem’s story: Isimeme is a young girl who dreams of becoming a doctor one day. However, her dreams are hindered by her poor sight. Through donations, LHI has provided Isimeme with eye tests and free glasses, enabling her to pursue her dream of becoming a doctor and building a brighter future.

2. Shaka’s story: Shaka is a father of three who works tirelessly to provide for his family. Unfortunately, he has been diagnosed with Diabetes and cannot afford the necessary treatment. Your contribution can help us establish regular metformin treatment for his type 2 Diabetes and support Shaka. This will ensure he receives the required treatment he desperately needs and prevent him from developing multi-system complications of Diabetes that can range from poor eyesight, out-right blindness, foot ulcers, and even gangrene that can result in his leg being amputated to out-right kidney failure.

3. Osa’s story: Osa is a young mother who lost her newborn due to complications of hypertension during childbirth. During our outreach, our screening showed that she has now developed essential hypertension which she was not aware of. Your generosity would go a long way in helping us provide the needed regular anti-hypertensives for her. Since she is only 25 years old. and keen to have other children again, you can help us improve her maternal health and implement a maternal health program by providing women like Osa with prenatal advice, regular anti- hypertensives and referrals to special centres for safe ante-natal care, safe delivery options, and postnatal support, reducing the risk of maternal and infant mortality.

ment") is made between MillionDollar Ideas Ltd (the "Service Provider") and LOOO Gubernatorial Campaign (the "Client"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the Service Provider's onboarding and the services to be provided for the election campaign.

1. Scope of Services:

The Service Provider shall provide the following services to the LOOO Gubernatorial Campaign:

- Election Advisory and Media Materials: Providing strategic advice and media materials to support the campaign.

- Media Strategy: Developing and implementing an effective media strategy to enhance the campaign's visibility and reach.

- Social Media Consultation: Offering consultation and guidance on social media best practices, content creation, and engagement strategies.

- Graphics and Advertising Content: Designing and producing visually appealing graphics and advertising content for various campaign materials.

- Political and Campaign Strategy: Assisting in the development and implementation of political and campaign strategies.

2. Duration of Services:

The services duration is 3 Months effective from July 1st 2023 to September 30th 2023.

3. Compensation and Payment:

The Client agrees to compensate the Service Provider for the services rendered according to the following terms:

Graphic Design and Project Branding:

Logo design and branding package

Design and layout of campaign materials (brochures, banners, etc.)

- Payment shall be made in 2 Installments

1st Installment July 31st , 2023

2nd Installment September 30th , 2023

4. Responsibilities and Cooperation:

Both parties agree to collaborate and cooperate in a timely and effective manner to ensure the successful execution of the campaign. The Client shall provide necessary information, materials, and feedback to the Service Provider to facilitate the delivery of services.

LOOO Pre-Campaign Phase 1

* Creation of the 3 Months Plan of Brand Development

* Execution of LOOO Brand Development

* Social Media Consultation ie post arrangement and architecture

* Social Media Campaign ( Note : Cost might increase depending on coverage

* Website Content Creation

* Graphic Design and Project Branding:

Logo design and branding package

Design and layout of campaign materials (brochures, banners, etc.)

- Creation of a weekly calendar

- 5 Artworks Weekly

- 2 Motion Graphics Video depending on the content provided

- Unlimited Banners and Call to action designs creation but for existing and future content dealing with LOOO AND LHI.

- Extra graphical content that might spring up would be provided conditional on an understanding with the campaign team

Phase 2 of the Pre Campaign would include

Launch of Social Media Campaign And Website Launch and Optimization

Further numbers would be provided for constant follow up

Reports would be provided each month as we proceed.

Be rest assured we will put LOOO AND LHI first on our priority list.

Kindly Note more deliverables would be included and suggested as we proceed with the execution. It is best to allow our campaign to determine ideals and statistics.

5. Confidentiality:

Both parties shall maintain the confidentiality of any confidential or proprietary information disclosed during the course of this project.

6. Termination:

Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice if either party fails to fulfill their obligations under this Agreement. In the event of termination, the Client shall compensate the Service Provider for services rendered up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Nigeria].

8. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Service Provider and the Client and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter hereof.

By signing below, the Service Provider and the Client acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
