Lori McCall
February 21, 1957 - November 22, 2021
In memory of our dear friend, Lori McCall, F-M Class of '75, we are raising money on this her birthday week to benefit Francis House, Inc. of Syracuse, NY. Francis House is known for providing a home and an extended family to persons with terminal illnesses so they can die with dignity surrounded by the unconditional love of God and helped to make Lori's last months and days as comfortable and comforting as possible. As a way of saying thank you your donation of as little as $5 in Lori's memory would be of great help. Lori was an exceptional plein-air painter (see photos below) and one of her beautiful landscapes will hang in 'her' room at the Francis House in her memory. The framing for this was graciously donated by her F-M '75 classmate and friend Michael Ares as Lori's paintings proudly hang in the home of two of his cousins in Spain. Another classmate and one of her best friends, Christine (Coffman) Sullivan, wrote a book in Lori's memory, THIN AIR: Places, Postscripts & Notes that captures stories of and reflections on joyful times they spent traveling and painting together. The digital copy is free to read/download and net proceeds of hard copy sales will go to Francis House. Link to THIN AIR book

We all miss Lori and offer many thanks for your kindness and help.
