Lori Roach- Battle Against Breast Cancer

Hello,

This is a fundraiser started by the family of Lori Roach. Lori was diagnosed with aggressive Triple Negative Breast Cancer in November of 2021. She started receiving treatment at The James Cancer Center in Columbus, Ohio, hoping to be cured. Lori has undergone many months of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation, surgeries, multiple inpatient stays related to complications, and oral chemotherapy. In the last couple of weeks, we have received the devastating news that cancer has spread, and she has a very poor prognosis.

Lori and her family have spent the last year traveling and lodging in Columbus to receive the best care possible. This has put a strain on Lori and Jay financially. She has not been able to work since diagnosis due to the debilitating side effects she experienced from complications from treatment. She is currently still an inpatient in Columbus. Her current plan will be to work with palliative care and start a targeted drug, Enhertu, to improve her quality of life and give her some more time.

Everyone that knows Lori has something good to say about her. She takes care of all of us, and we want to be able to do the same for her. Lori and Jay are unaware of this fundraiser, and any donations and prayers are appreciated.
