Lori Tackett's Funeral Expenses

Lori Baker Tackett was born on August 13th, 1973 and was able to celebrate her 50th birthday before going home to the Lord on August 14th, 2023. It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of Lori Baker Tackett.

Lori was a bright spark in this world and will be deeply missed. She was very playful and had an amazing fun spirit about her. She could become friends with strangers. Self-described as a "wild child", Lori was adventurous, and bold and never let anything intimidate her. While she loved life, she loved her family beyond measure. Her mom, brother, 2 daughters, son, and grandkids were the center of her world.

Lori, "Lori Belle" or "Belle" to the family, was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon cancer in October 2022. Lori had an accident at work that resulted in her falling on her tailbone which caused her a lot of pain and then a mass was located in her colon. She went to her physician who confirmed she had colon cancer. Lori never allowed the disease to dull her spirit or stop her from living.

The disease however did keep Lori from working. She did not have life or health insurance. Lori did not receive any financial assistance until June 2023. We are helping to raise money to cover the costs of the funeral and memorial services for Lori’s family as this passing was completely unexpected. We just thought we had a little more time with her.
