Lorraine Bragg Memorial Fund

Hi my name is Haley and I’m starting this fundraiser for a dear friend who has passed away, Lorraine Bragg.

Anyone who knew Lorraine knows what an amazing person she was. Lorraine was one of the most caring selfless people I have ever met. She would gladly give the shirt off her own back to help a stranger. She was the kind of person we all strive to be, even when no one was watching. Lorraine made many friends over the years with her charisma and her flawless sense of humor that just made you feel good. She would frequently go out of her way to help pep you up even if she herself needed it. She dedicated her life to caring for others and made many sacrifices for her son Glenn “BoBo” who is her entire world. Her death is a stark reminder to us all that tomorrow is not promised, and the world is a little less bright without her. Even these words I type now don’t come even close to personifying the Lorraine we all knew and love. She will never be forgotten.

Lorraine had a heart attack back in 2019, that she never fully healed from, and unfortunately her condition only progressively worsened with time. Due to her former employer USPS letting her go in the wake of her condition, Lorraine did not get to have many of the benefits she had worked so hard for over the years. Her family has been taking care of her 16 year old son Glenn in the wake of her passing. We would love to have something to give to the family to help with final arrangements as well as helping for the future care of her son. I do not have any details for a memorial service as of yet, but those details will be forthcoming. If anyone has questions or would like to send cards or flowers please reach out to me.
