Loss of income due to having seizures

Hello everybody, if you see this than you either know me or know someone who knows me in October I began a string of seizures due to an unknown cause that had me in and out of the hospital for almost 2 weeks, the side effects of everything happening is I am no longer employed because I cannot drive or be at work for three months. I have a family of three kids and my beautiful wife who depend on me financially, so this puts us in a very dangerous spot, the goal is set to the money that I would have earned if I had been at work for three months. This is a last ditch effort as we applied for government assistance but the last time we did that it took almost 5 months to process which by then it’ll be too late. All I am asking for is help and hope that I’ve done enough good in this world so far that it’ll help me and my family in this time.
