Lost everything to fire! Please Help
Donation protected
Early Sunday morning as we prepared for sleep we were suddenly thrown into panic when our youngest daughter ran into our room yelling its on fire! Mom ran into the living room and dad followed to see how bad the situation was. dad opened the front door to see a pool of flames, at the time the idea was to find a water source to douse the flames, but by the time dad filled the water bucket and attempted to toss it on the fire the flames busted through the front window. Dad throws down the bucket as the youngest daughter, and mom ran out of the back door dad yells " Son is still upstairs"! Dad runs up the stairs to the farthest rear bedroom to wake up son. dad stepped back into the hall to asses the flames and smoke which had gotten too bad essentially trapping Father, and son in the room. dad closed the door and threw the covers in front of the door. Dad was able to push out the window and keep son breathing as much fresh air as possible as they yelled for help. Our neighbor came to the rescue with his ladder allowing Father to lower son down so he could get to safety. Only a few minutes later after son was safely with the neighbor two sheriff deputies took control of the ladder so that dad could climb down. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation by our local fire investigators, but we ask at this time for all the help you can provide from food, clothing, to prayers. We have lost everything Home, both cars, all paper work, literally everything, and although we are grateful we all made it out of the house with minimal injuries, it is with heavy hearts we inform you that our three Kittens Mina, Midas, and Kryhsus did not make it out. We are grateful to our friends family, and neighbors for for their quick actions. We are also grateful for the great job of Rockdale county's First responders!
