Lost & Found Cats Norwich

Lost & Found Cats Norwich, is a non profit organisation based in Norwich, but also covers other areas of Norfolk. Its aim is to help reunite lost and found cats, but quite often, where that’s not possible, cats come into our care whilst we make every effort to locate the owner, and sadly when an owner can’t be found, or they no longer want their cat back, we’re left with the vet bills.

Every cat in our care gets neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and given flea and worm treatment. This is just the basic vet bills we cover. We also have cats which need specialist veterinary care if they’re injured or unwell.

It also costs for food, litter and supplies whilst they’re in our foster care and we rely heavily on donations.

We have many fundraising events, including our monthly lottery draw which generates us some income to help with these bills, and we also ask for an adoption fee when we rehome them which doesn’t even cover the basics.

We've had some complex veterinary cases over the past few years, and whenever we make a dent in our vet bill, something else complex seems to come along.

We have a huge waiting list of cats looking to come into our care, however this is difficult when it costs so much.
