Lost our beloved mother Gloria Galindo to Covid-19

Donation protected

On July 10th around 3 a.m. We lost our beloved mother Gloria Galindo due to Covid-19 complications at the age of 69.  She leaves behind her Husband of 49 years Carlos Galindo, four sons; Carlos, Willie, Jesse and Bryan Galindo,  8 Grandchildren and the countless others she treated as her own.

Gloria was known for having the biggest heart in the world.  She would always put the needs of others before her own.  Whether that be sacrificing her health, her comfort, her time or her finances.

My Mother saw it as her duty to be the mother figure that many didn't have.  There are so many stories of her feeding, dressing, housing anyone in need.  She delayed surgeries that she needed to take care of my dying Cousin for years.  She donated money to people going through hard times even though it meant it would leave her broke.  She would do anything just to take away someones sadness.  Even if it meant for her to take that sadness on.

As my mother was being taken to the emergency room she let us know that she bought us Covid-19 masks, still trying to look out for us. While in the hospital she would text to check up on friends and family.  She would ask to send money to friends and family.  Then one day the texts stopped.  Two days later she was gone.

The money donated is to help pay for medical bills and funeral costs.

I am her son Willie Galindo. I will be handling the funds.  Thank you.
