Louisa's National Championship Fundraiser

My name is Louisa Schwab. I am a Junior at Joliet West High School where I am a Co-captain of the Men’s wrestling team (IL does not yet have sanctioned Womens wrestling for HS). In addition to my athletic and leadership roles I am an honors student enrolled in AP courses with a current GPA of 4.1. I am also the current reigning Illinois State Champion at Junior Women’s Freestyle Wrestling and 8 time All-American. I have won several State and National titles; I won the National Championship in 2017, was the national runner up in 2018 and am working toward earning back the national title in July of this year.
Winning the title of Illinois State Champ qualified me to be part of Team Illinois and to represent my state during two major events in 2019: The Junior National Duals in Tulsa, Oklahoma and the US Marine Corps/USAW Junior National Championships in Fargo North Dakota.
Both events are some of the largest national freestyle wrestling tournaments at my age level. These major events hold intense competition, vast opportunities for the athletes, great exposure to colleges, and extensive experiences. After competing very successfully the last few years, I am beyond excited to qualify for this event once again, as they will prepare me for my ultimate goal of representing the USA internationally in the future and maybe even dream of the Olympics in 2024.
This amazing opportunity comes at a total cost of $1500. My goal is to raise the funds necessary to cover the cost of my trip to Tulsa and Fargo, which includes travel, lodging, training camps, and team gear.
While any sponsorship level is greatly appreciated, a donation greater than $500 would earn you exposure of your company logo or name on some of my warm up gear and recognition on my social media. I am currently ranked the #1 High School female wrestler at 127 lbs in the nation, so I am sure your company name will get some beneficial exposure in the community of women's freestyle wrestling, the fastest growing sport in the USA.
