Paying for one memorial is expensive; paying for two in such a short period of time is an even more financial burden. My sisters and I are asking for any financial assistance you would like to provide. Consider it a small contribution to offset the many, many Sunday dinners they cooked for all their family and friends throughout the years. Here's our story.....
Seven years ago, my sisters and I lost our mom to breast cancer. After her death, my sister, Angie, along with her husband Frank, took on the responsibility for caring for my mom's parents, our grandparents Lou and Edie ages 86 and 84 respectfully. Angie welcomed them into her home without hesitation. In essence, she became their primary care giver: taking them to and from doctors appointments, going grocery shopping for them as well as providing emotional support all while she was also working full time and taking care of her own three children.
Unfortunately, on October 30, 2014, our grandmother suddenly passed away at 91 years old and now a little more than three months later on February 11, 2015, our 93 year old grandfather met her and his two daughters in heaven. We are sure they are having a huge celebration with all of their family and friends who have gone before them.
