Lou's Florida Ride For Iron Sharpens Iron

Hello Everyone!

My name is Lou, and I will be taking on the whole state of Florida by bicycle this fall for Iron Sharpens Iron. I will begin my trip at the Florida/Alabama state line on the Gulf, and ride down to Key West, Florida with hopes of making a difference and change.

This 1000-mile ride is important to me because it's not only for myself, but it's for something much greater! Iron Sharpens Iron is a faith-based organization dedicated to ending the exploitation, sale, and enslavement of men, women, and children. They provide rescue, relocation, and restoration, with their partner's housing, resources, education, and training to the survivor they can restore each individual's identity, equip, empower and bring total restoration to each life they come in contact with. Their main goal is to partner with law enforcement, business, government, education, medical, media/arts, non-profit, and faith communities (among others), to help survivors and this modern form of slavery.

Your decision to help big or small, will help me out with possible bicycle repairs, food, lodging along the journey, and most importantly help the organization.
