Louth School Girls ETP Fundraiser - 2024

Louth’s Emerging Talent needs you!

The Louth School Girls League (LSGL) is the fastest-growing girls football league

in the country with 25 clubs and 83 teams catering to over 1,400 girls.

Our emerging talent programme (ETP) sees 95 girls from U12 - U16

representing the league at National level and Ireland at International

level competitions.

Our teams have reached All-Ireland semi-finals and finals, and five of

our players having featured on underage Ireland International teams.

It costs approximately €30,000 a year to run the ETP programme

– funding kits, training venue hire, buses, equipment.

For 2024 the ETP programme is sending the girls to 4 different competitions.

- National Girls Tournament Belfast Cup U12

- National Girls Tournament Galway Cup U13

- The FAI/SFAI Gaynor Cup U14 (the pinnacle for Girls Underage Elite football in Ireland)

- The Gothia Cup U16 (the biggest international youths’ tournament in the world)

The girls will be organising and taking part in fund raising events throughout the Spring and Summer months, in order to lighten the financial burden on parents.
