Give a couple impacted by cancer a chance to build a family!
In 2015, two very special women, as well as a team of professionals - from egg donation & surrogacy agents, to fertility specialists, reproductive lawyers, & beyond, helped my husband and I make our dream of having a family come true. We coined this group of people our "Dream Team."
See these faces. This is us - Greg & Tricia Russo. Our dream had just come true after years of struggling with metastatic breast cancer, unsure if, when, and how we'd be able to build a family. With your help we can make another couple's dream come true.

We welcomed our son on November 16th, 2016. The journey is well documented in the award-

Now we are offering our very first FAMILY BUILDING GRANT to a couple struggling to build a family due to cancer!
We've chosen our grant recipient and we can't wait to introduce you to them soon! We have secured a number of donated services thanks to our partner, The Genesis Group . However, we need to raise additional funds to help off-set costs not covered by these donated services so our recipient can start their family! After 5 miscarriages and a breast cancer diagnosis, doctors have advised our recipient couple that gestational surrogacy is their best family-building option. They have just found their perfect surrogate match through The Genesis Group but they need additional funding to be able to start their family-building journey. This couple has been served up a double whammy of cancer and infertility - both financial stressors . Then this pandemic put an additional dent in their ability to fund their family-building journey.
Whether you can donate $5, $50 or $500 - every dollar counts to help them start their family! Any funds not used towards our 2020 recipient's family-building journey, will go towards next year's grant. The journey will be shared on Instagram and Facebook @lovealwaysmomthemovie to raise awareness for family-building after cancer diagnosis, infertility, and third party reproduction.
