Love and Support for Jamie Stone and Family

Donation protected
Let me tell you a little story of an incredible human. A human that could use your help.  A human starting her journey up a bumpy road, one foot in front of the other, with incredible strength, power, and grace.  Holding her head high.  If you have not had the opportunity to be blessed by the smile you see above, then I introduce to you: Jamie.   A young woman that has touched the lives of many.  Changed the lives of many.  Selflessly dedicated herself to teach and care for, love and support, the children of many.  A daughter and son of her own. A wife.  Two dogs. A cat.  Who knows how many chickens.  She is a powerhouse.  Dedicated.  Hard working.  Kind.  She is 37.  And she has been diagnosed with breast cancer.

Jamie is a long time dear dear friend of mine.  We met in college, and have loved each other since.  She chose to spend her days providing for her family by providing for the families of others.   She has made an incredible impact on the lives of so many young people, teaching them not only how to learn, but to love to learn; setting them free with the foundations required to be confident and successful out in this big world. Jamie has always put others before herself.  It is her turn to be number one.

As Jamie moves forward through treatment, which will include surgeries, chemotherapy, and radiation (following these long few weeks of discovery and diagnosis), she is going to need some love and support.   I am (actually, I should say we, because this comes from many who adore this woman), ask that if anything, you read this, you think of her, and you send all positive vibes her way.  Share her story to others, donate if you can.  How wonderful it would be to lay down a soft blanket for this family.  To provide a warm meal after long days, a clean home, cozy socks, someone that can walk the dogs or feed the chickens,  a bill paid, a stressor relieved, a tremendous gift.  Jamie is never and has never been one to ask for help.  So for now, we are going to be her voice.  Thank you for taking the time to read this.  Think of my lovely girl.  Her last name is Stone, because she is a rock, and she is going to crush this. We love you Jamie.
