Love and Support for the Fordham Family

Kevin Fordham, the Executive Kitchen Manager at Grand Lux Café in Houston, has been fighting cancer for over two years and recently has been placed in hospice and given less than two weeks to live. Kevin fought this horrendous disease courageously and is trying to hold on through Christmas for his family: his wife Tiffany, daughter Destiny (22 with two children of her own Leilani and Eliana), daughter Brooklyn (16), and his son Kale (that's just 7 years old).

 

Kevin joined the GLC team in May 2016 as a KM in Las Vegas and quickly grew his career to Executive Kitchen Manager in Houston. He has held this position for over 3.5 years. During his tenure with Grand Lux Café, Kevin has forged fantastic relationships with staff and managers alike. He is known for his ability to connect, mentor and develop people at every stage of their career, and execute excellent food quality. He has an uncanny ability to get the most out of ever staff member; in turn there's nothing his team won't do for him.

 

Kevin's number one passion is his family Obviously, his children and grandchildren are near and dear to his heart. His second passion is his love for his sports teams. He grew up in Utah, yet he was a Philadelphia Eagles fan growing up and is now an LA Dodger FANatic.
