Love for Blake Brockway - Help w/ Expenses

Blake Brockway is a fierce advocate, friend, colleague, volunteer, music lover, and leader. Anyone lucky enough to know Blake, knows that his heart and passion for the people and things he loves cannot be matched. He gives everything he can to those in his life, and through his personal and professional activism, to many many more. His impact on all our lives has been huge. 

Now is the time to show Blake the love he has show to so many. 

Blake is currently in the hospital in his home state of Alabama fighting hard for his health after many trying months without answers. He was brought to the ER last Monday (February 24th) and has sadly gotten much worse in the last week. He will be moved to the ICU soon, as he has taken a turn for the worse. 

Please help us offset expenses for him and his family during this time by donating what you can and sending messages of love. We will do our best to make sure these messages are shared with him during this difficult time. 

As available, we will post updates to this page on his status and progress. All funds will go to assist Blake and his family.

For those of you that don't know me, I met Blake when I was on staff at HRC and he grew to be one of my closest friends, long past HRC duties. I currently live in Austin, TX and have been lucky enough to have Blake visit the past couple of years and also to have seen him in Florida and Nashville recently, always for concerts of course. His mom, Teresa, and step-dad Glenn (Robert) Stegall will be managing the funds raised here for him. They will be used to help with expenses related to getting him better: food, transportation, housing, cell phone services, OTC medicines & supplies, etc. Teresa & Glenn will be able to withdraw the funds directly as they taking great care of him during this hard time.
