Love for Kevin Steffan & Family

Our hearts broke on Valentine’s Day when we learned of Kevin’s unexpected passing. For those of you who didn’t know Kevin, you missed an amazing opportunity to know a wonderful friend, an incredible teacher, and a loving family man.

Kevin was an avid sportsman whether it was playing lacrosse or golf, boating and fishing, cheering on the Buffalo Bills or rooting for the TCU Horned Frogs with his son, Shane.

Kevin had a passion for teaching. He was a beloved teacher at Pembroke Intermediate, admired and adored by students and colleagues alike. He made learning engaging and working fun, as he was the resident prankster and jokester with his wicked sense of humor, which will be greatly missed.

But above all, Kevin loved his young family with wife Shannon and their children, Shane and Sydney. Kevin always glowed when talking about tinkering in the garage with his dad and son, watching Shane play baseball or Sydney perform a concert or gymnastics.

As Kevin would always be the first to reach out and help others in need, we ask that you join us in showing love and support to his young family during this difficult time.
