Love for Lizzie Reyes

This is Lizzie Reyes. She is 14 years old, and the daughter of a dear friend and co-worker of mine. Lizzie has recently been diagnosed with Nephronopthisis. This is a very rare genetic condition that ultimately causes the kidneys to fail. The treatment for nephronopthisis is a kidney transplant.  Lizzie is currently in the hospital, receiving dialysis, and has been placed on the transplant list. This came on very sudden for the Reyes family and this fund would help tremendously with the accruing medical costs. Every little bit will help this amazing family in such a big way.
