Love for Shannon Callahan

Shannon Callahan is a beautiful, loving and brilliant 39 year old mother, wife and instructor at Sonoma State who lives in Davis California. On March 31, her world turned upside down when she had an unexpected ER visit for a distended abdomen, during which they discovered a large mass in her pelvis, and she learned that she has advanced cancer.

She is currently at the University of California Davis Medical Center in Sacramento and has been admitted since April 7. She had surgery on April 14, which revealed that the tumor had spread through her abdomen and therefore was inoperable. She is awaiting a pathology report as to the origin/type of cancer, at which point a treatment plan and chemotherapy will begin.

Your donations will help support Shannon and her family during this extremely trying time and go towards medical expenses, complimentary care and living expenses. Your donation will also help to ensure that her family and friends can come to California to care for her, her husband Landon and their three year old Lewie as they help Shannon regain her strength post-surgery and prepare for chemo.
